Prolific Media Scam

Be careful, don't waste your money. I signed a four-month contract with promises of qualified leads. In two months, I only received two lead appointments- one didn't qualify for a loan, and the other said she didn't have time to talk on the phone.
Amar Bhullar with Prolific Media made promises that didn't follow. He didn't abide by his contract. With the fear of losing more money by paying for the weekly FB ads, I canceled the contract and requested my money back. Amar never answered my emails with my concerns directly. Only Jolyna responded, saying they did not return the money.
Another red flag was discovering that the person assigned to my "dedicated team" used Spoofed numbers to call me.
I lost the $3699 original payment plus the $75 weekly FB ads they charge for their service. Working with them was a Big Waste of Money and Time!

I am a real estate agent and like many other agents am in constant lookout for new leads to generate business. A sales representative of the company Prolific Media Agency approached me through LinkedIn and after a few online meetings and a sales presentation done by their CEO Amar Bhullar, I signed a contract with them on July 21, 2022, wherein I was promised to be provided with 20-40 qualified real estate buyer or seller appointments with guaranteed 1 deal within 120 days. I paid them $2000 upfront by credit card with a further commitment of referral commission payable at 10% on every deal closed through their lead conversion system and continued Facebook ad spend of a minimum of $300 per month. I received a total of 5 unqualified appointments which too when contacted didn’t respond to my calls. The services provided are not at all as described in the contract and based on the 5 unresponsive appointments they provided; none would qualify for meeting their contractual obligation. I tried to reach out to their support staff, BDM, CEO etc. and they just kept making further false promises to fix things in the beginning but when I challenged them to refund the money for not keeping their promise (realizing that I had been possibly scammed), they stopped responding to my emails, texts and calls. I stopped the FB ad spending immediately to avoid further losses and removed the rights for them to be able to access my page to run ads on my behalf but to date haven't received any response or refund. I have reported them to Canada's anti-fraud centre as well but believe they are still targeting other vulnerable individuals like me and hence wanted to spread awareness through my post to you.
