"We are writing to formally request the immediate removal of our property address from your website. Despite multiple phone calls from our team requesting this change, the incorrect listing remains active.
To clarify:
Your business is operating as a mobile service from a private residence.
When initially contacted, your representative confirmed operating at our address—until we identified ourselves as the property owner. At that point, it was admitted that your business is mobile and has no association with our building.
Your representative further stated that the address was kept intentionally to benefit from its association with our property. (You admitted you were a former sub tenant of a previous tenant (jenni lin studios) who is also not a tenant of ours anymore.
We have made several attempts to resolve this matter amicably, including leaving messages, but have received no resolution. As a result, we have escalated the issue appropriately.
For the record:
We have never been your client.
- No services were ever provided to us by your business.
Upon confirmation of the address removal, we will remove our review. We expect prompt action to rectify this matter. Failure to comply may result in further measures.
