I own the company OrthoDakota (www.orthodakota.org) a small orthopedic surgery company/clinic. We get 3-4 calls/emails a week from people looking for the shoes they think they ordered from us. We do not sell shoes. The company Orthopedics Dakota is who they are trying to get in touch with. They take their money and the customers don't get their shoes apparently. It is affecting our business as people are mistakenly leaving us bad Google reviews and leaving angry phone message. I would love for there to be a resolution for this as it is getting frustrating and taking away from time that we can spend on providing good patient care.
