Report

I bought two cauldron slow cookers and was provided a fake tracking number that was never updated to a local service once they "arrived" in the United States. I contacted their customer service and after several attempts received a reply back that they would "look into it but it would take a long time" from an email not the same as the one I originally contacted. Contacted my bank to dispute the charge.
