Ordered tapestry (~$40) on line from website in March. Received email verification. Then received emails saying product would be delayed from host country because of muslim new year, and then because of covid mail restrictions. Sent four emails to request update and none were answered. Did receive tracking number for 17track which suggested package was in LA and then Jamaica, NY (makes no sense as ordered to SF). Reviewed tracking site on line and see many reports from others this is fake site for scammers to pretend to be sending product. Reported to credit card. Site still up.

Found this company through a google ad. Everything looked pretty legitimate. Ordered a tapestry, started to get strange emails about COVID-19 delays, looked into the company as much as I could but no info online. Their phone number, however, was the same as another COVID-19 scam, "Original Paint By Numbers". The reviews for that company described an identical experience--COVID-19 delays, bogus tracking numbers, etc--so it seems the scammers have just reloaded and switched websites.
