I wish that I had found this page before I had purchased 4 small tapestries. At least I’m only out $30.

There was an issue with the order and it needed to be canceled so it could be corrected and resubmitted. They’re so desperate to sell their poorly made tapestries that they’re willing to engage in shady business practices.

Find a different company. The internet is full of better options. And for goodness sake, they’ll ask you for a tip when you make a purchase. Do yourself a favor and don’t give it to them.

I purchased a tapestry from this company online back on 1/19/21. I received a shipping notice and tracking number on 2/1/21 but after 6 weeks the status remained that a shipping label was generated but the item was not received at the USPS. Attempts to call resulted in a recording. Emails inquiring on the status of my order resulted in a template email reply. I did finally receive the item exactly 2 months after purchase date. I am not happy with the quality of the item and attempts to initiate a return remain unanswered. I guess I should feel "lucky" that I received the tapestry, but again, it is not the quality that is desired. I find myself missing the brick and mortar shopping days. SCAM

Pretty sure this is a scam. The phone number does not allow you to talk to anyone. The shipping information does not provide a direct date of arrival or location. I ordered over a month ago and it “shipped” in January but have no received any other email or notice about my order.

I ordered a tapestry 3 weeks ago. Today is the second time I asked for an update within the last week. They take our money the minute we order and at the very least I feel an update on progress should be sent. Some human non robotic communication. Received another auto message and at this point I have a gut feeling this is a total scam or at the very least coming from China or someplace I purposely stayed away from ordering from.
Wish I would have read these reviews first.
Total bs that there is no way to get an order update if this is actually legit.

Update, decided to ask for a refund before I go report this to the bank as a scam.
Again, received that same robot message with nothing more than theur excuses on why things take forever and what their supposed process is. According to their site refunds have to be done in 30 days from purchase. Kinda funny considering they are saying it could take 30 days to even send your order yet take your money right away.
Pretty confident in saying stay away, This is a scam.

Wow, just found this page. Basically, the same experience as the others. Went over a month with no shipping confirmation and realized there was no direct way to contact them. I got a text message from some anonymous “do not reply” number with a “CNE Express” tracking number. Entered it and it said “not found”. Sent another email and got an immediate auto-reply from something called “Premier Trust Store” with just a generalized message about some backlog. Same as a month ago. It’s obviously a scam at this point.

On 11/20/20, I ordered a tapestry for my daughter for Christmas. I never received a shipping confirmation nor any updates. I was sent an email from the “owner” of the company thanking me for my purchase and offered another 30% off for a future purchase. I then received another email stating that they’d been hacked on Cyber Monday and hopefully that did not affect my order. They issued another 30% for any trouble I may have had. I sent them an email informing them that I never received the tapestry that I originally bought. I have yet to hear from them, however they’re still sending emails and texts offering discounts. Scammers.

I ordered a tapestry on November 25, 2020. I was sent a text with a number from L.A. (323-0543-7403) that said I would be notified when it shipped. A couple days later, I called the number on the website, a NY number 347-352-5739. Both numbers had no ring tone. Just dead. I called them a number of times. Then I called my credit card and disputed the charge. The money has been returned to my account. These people will be discovered. Filthy cheats. Their day is coming and they will be exposed and pay big time. It really teaches us not to trust those websites that look legitimate. Best to always call first before making an order. I will do that from now on.

I spent $80 on tapestries. Ultimately I would love to simply have my tapestries, but there are so many red flags about ordering, and I'm starting to feel this is a scam. My first red flag was, after ordering from the company and paying via PayPal, the payment receipt was issued to 'Pink at Home', not 'original tapestries'. After 3 weeks, I finally received an email that my order was shipped with a tracking number. When I check the tracking number, it sais it was shipped 11 days prior, and now a week later, there is no update. When I tried to contact the company with the given telephone # it goes to a generic, robotic voicemail with no company name.

Ordered tapestry (~$40) on line from website in March. Received email verification. Then received emails saying product would be delayed from host country because of muslim new year, and then because of covid mail restrictions. Sent four emails to request update and none were answered. Did receive tracking number for 17track which suggested package was in LA and then Jamaica, NY (makes no sense as ordered to SF). Reviewed tracking site on line and see many reports from others this is fake site for scammers to pretend to be sending product. Reported to credit card. Site still up.

Found this company through a google ad. Everything looked pretty legitimate. Ordered a tapestry, started to get strange emails about COVID-19 delays, looked into the company as much as I could but no info online. Their phone number, however, was the same as another COVID-19 scam, "Original Paint By Numbers". The reviews for that company described an identical experience--COVID-19 delays, bogus tracking numbers, etc--so it seems the scammers have just reloaded and switched websites.
