Got a text message from supposed "Oregon Toll Services" claiming that I owed a toll fee, and could be penalized $50.00 if it wasn't paid soon. Knowing I have not used toll services, I immediately reported it as spam on on my Android phone. Area code seemed to be from a supposed Canadian number.
