I got an ad qhile i was on social media for a hand held vacuum. It was larger than the person's hand. It showed people airing up large pools and tires and it showed people vacuuming out cars and other large messes. It had multiple attachments. I got a small vacuum that is hand sized. The best use for it would be a key board vacuum. It had no attachments. It came in a box with nothin else in the box. The outside had a small amount of Chinese writing but no email or return address. No business address anywhere. I found the phone number by searching my bank records. When i did get in touch with them, they said i had 48 hours from the time i ordered to cancel. I hadn't received my merchandise within 48 hours. They charged me $86, which was a monthly charge and said i was sent a voucher for $199.00., which i never received. I dont know why i was being charged $86 monthly. They finally agreed to send me $25, which was the original price as advertised, and they cancelled my account. The name associated with my bank account is Crested Fringus, Stunni, and Stunii. The customer service rep gave me the name Optimal Solutions. Yesterday the ad popped up again and i tried to take a screen shot, but i was prevented from doing so. This is justa fraudulent company set up for the purpose of getting a monthly fee from customers. I just don't want others to lose money also.
