After reading fairly good reviews about this company, I purchased a product from them online in June, 2026. I returned the product within the refund deadline (30 days). The company confirmed I was entitled to the refund and gave me an address to return the products to (they also let me know they only communicate via email...no phone number). I paid to return the product via US Postal system using certified mail with a return receipt as a tracking method. I received the signed receipt a couple weeks later. After a month, I checked with the company for refund status since I did not see it on my bank account. When I asked for status they requested details which I sent along with an attached copy of the return receipt. I have not heard back from them since then. It has been 3 months since the purchase and I have rechecked reviews of this company online and have found numerous complaints about refund fraud, scamming and ghosting customer requests.
