Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam

Scammer

Like others I was scammed out of $1656. I was manipulated and pushed into a service a never got. They kept me in their office after closing for an additional 1hr. 30 min while they called my credit card companies to increase my limit to be able to pay. I called the office and texted the salesman the following day but I didn’t get a response. I had other medical issues and wasn’t able to follow up.
Did anyone get their money back? How? Please advise.

They have a commercial which advertises a free consultation for neuropathy & muscle pain or numbness. When I got to my "free" contagion, they told me to come back another day, & to bring my husband. So I did, & when we arrived, Dr. Ontiveros told us to pay 5,000.00 up front, and then he could tell me what was wrong with my arm. When I asked if it was covered by insurance he said "no!" And became hostile, even pushing us out of his office in a rush. All he wanted was cash up front. Not sure if this is a real doctor office or not...
