Contacted OnTime Express Appliance Repair to fix my GE refrigerator. After the installers first visit he diagnosed the problem as needing a new "Mother Board". After paying the initial fee of $322.00 for the first visit. The second visit he installed the part for an additional $322.68. Once he left we tried to use the fridge and noticed the problem consisted. I contacted OnTime to let them know the repair was not completed and they explained that a tech would reach out by the end of the day. No one reached out. I called again the following day and was given the same response with no call back. I called the third day and asked to speak with a manager. They insisted again that a manager would reach out by the end of the day and again, no one called. Day four I repeated the process. This time I was asking for my money back. They explained that a manager would call to refund the money. I have never received a call.
