Camilla Boutique Shop is a scam. I ordered a product from them on November 1st and did not receive a tracking number or any order information until the next day, which was odd to begin with. Their chat bot says orders may take 3-4 days to be readied, well it's been 5 days and have had no updates, reply back from emails, nothing. I've already disputed the charge with my bank so all is well there hopefully but for anybody reading DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY THEY SPEND MORE TIME POSTING TO THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA RATHER THAN SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS. The attached picture is from my tracking app Shop, this is all that page has looked like since 11/2 when they finally gave me my order confirmation and I could copy-paste to Shop. It has not changed.
