Definitely a SCAM

I needed a copy of my birth certificate and was in a hurry to get it. I went to onlinevitalservices.com and paid $166 for expedited processing. That was on 05/08/2025.They also charged me an additional $9 for a "subscription", which I never requested. I received notification that the state would take 22-27 days (not business days) to turn around the request. That meant that I should have received it by June 6th. The state response time is actually 5-10 business days according to their website. After I didn't receive it, on June 13th or 14th, I reached out for a refund. I was advised they would only refund $44 and the other portion was non-refundable (this again after multiple email requests). I thought, Ok, lesson learned, as long as I get what I paid for. Now its 06/23/25 and still no birth certificate. I had to reach out to my bank to dispute the charges. Now I'm waiting to see if the bank will give me a refund. Definitely worth the trouble of filing a dispute, especially since I have seen other reviews where they did not deliver.

I waited 30 days to call them and find out that they couldn't find the birth certificate and then refused to give me a refund. I never received a notice and just worthless.

They take your money and claim they couldn't find the person.

The company says they provide an expedited service for birth certificates. After filling out all my information and paying $59 it gives you the application form that you can get on the governments website with your information on it. They then tell you to print it out and mail it in to the government with a check. They don’t provide any services.
