I ordered items from the website posted within that site as posted within the Facebook post. I received what looked like a legitimate receipt and tracking information. After several weeks of tracking the package, it showed as delivered in the tracking app. But I never received the package. I reached out to "Customer Service' who said the package had been delivered. We went back and forth via email for quite some time until they finally offered a 90% refund. Nothing ever came of it. I let them know I was reporting them to the BBB.

I saw a facebook ad for old navy family christmas pajamas. I clicked on the add and started ordering i placed the order on the old navy website or at least it looked like it. I paid for my order with my debit card i got a confirmation email saying my order was processing and would be shipped soon, only i noticed the email came from [email protected] i waited over a month for my packages watching the tracking they sent me . Finally the tracking number updated and said my packages were delivered only they were never delivered i emailed the customer service and argued over email for a week or two. Finally they said i would recieve a 90% refund in 15-25 days . It has been over 2 months and still no refund.

Landency sent an email that advertised to be Old Navy. I placed an order. I received confirmation of my order, and shipment but the package was never received. I contacted customer service, they offered to refund 60%. After further emails they offered to refund 90%. they never refunded the money.
