Website ad on Instagram, meant to look like Duluth Trading Company except it was a flash sale with high discounts of 90% off. You are sent to a website with real Duluth items shown. Went through a typical website checkout process. They sent plenty of confirmation emails and never shipped. I emailed the customer support and they respond with poorly constructed sentences. And gave responses as to postpone any refunds. Eventually saying because the cost of labor they can only return 90% of what was paid to cover costs of employees etc... they have no longer respond after.
