Online-qr-generator.com Reports & Reviews (1)

- Atlanta, GA, USA • Apr 14, 2025

On April 8, 2025, I received a notification from my bank about a suspicious charge attempt from online-qr-generator.com. I blocked the charge, then received an email from the company stating that my payment method had failed.

I originally paid for a 1-year subscription over a year ago to generate QR codes for a client's marketing campaign. The campaign only lasted 6 months. I did not knowingly enroll in a recurring plan, and there was no clear cancellation option on the website. As a precaution, I deleted all QR codes associated with the account.

I then emailed their support team with a polite message, explaining that I no longer used the service and requested that no further charges be made. Their response was to immediately charge my account $239.40, despite my clear request not to renew the service.

When I followed up again, they replied that my account was now canceled "going forward," but they refused to refund the unauthorized charge. I attempted to dispute the charge with my bank, though I’m unsure if the dispute will succeed.

This company:

• Has no visible cancellation path or account controls,

• Did not honor my cancellation request prior to the charge,

• Offers no phone number or mailing address for support,

• Has no social media presence or other transparent point of contact,

• Sends replies that appear automated, with no evidence of human customer service.

The QR codes on the account were used fewer than 20 times, all more than six months ago. I have received no value for the renewed charge and consider this transaction to be unauthorized and deceptive. I am requesting a full refund of $239.40, and my bank is processing it. I will update here whether the offender tries to fight my claim.
