A guy by the name of Mike came out to tint the windows on my vehicle. I have initial craigslist communication, followed by over a month of text messages of owner of the business coming out to finish the additional work sold on the house and vehicles. Took the payment upfront to order the film and has put off finishing the work since 9/30. Promised to come out and do it all in 1-day 11/20 and has now ceased all communication and response.
