"Can I please have the information to your corporate office? I have completed all research my post office has stated they have never received any packages with this tracking information. This is very disappointing, I'm simply asking for a refund we never received any of our order. The fact that this information was updated to delivered after I inquired about where my items were a month and a half later draws my to the conclusion that this is a scam. Please refund my money this is the 4th request. I will also seek legal advice for fraud and false advertising should this issue not be resolved."

**5th Attempt**
"I still have not received any of our items in the order yet. This was a Christmas gift that never arrived. Unfortunately, I do not trust I will receive these items if ordered again, so I prefer my refund for $67.99 to my original form of payment please. Please refund my full purchase for I've never received my order, this will be my 5th request and I still have not been given the information to the head office to handle this matter. Thank you once more for your help. I look forward to hearing from you regarding refunding this order."
After 7 attempts to speak with anyone representing this company I still have not received my requested refund in the amount of $67.99 or any merchandise that was purchased on 12/20/2024. I requested my refund after waiting 30+ days without receiving any products before pursuing legal action against your company for fraud, false advertising, and purposely falsifying documents for the purpose of eluding legal pursuit.
