I was trying to get a form purchase agreement. I purchased a free trial for 7 days but never received an email acknowledging the purchase. I did not like their form so when I tried to call 4 business days later to cancel, they had already charged my bank account. I tried to call but the number on the web sight said to go online and put your phone number in a box and they would call you back, which they did. I talked with an agent who said they didn’t have access to my information and they would email me questions to answer and they would let me know within 48 hours if they would refund my money. They did send the questions but they wanted the date of the email they sent me, since I never received an email I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I couldn’t and when I kept insisting he told me all the supervisors were busy. I asked the agent where he was located and he said Europe when I asked where he said he couldn’t tell me for security reasons, I figured it was a scam. He couldn’t say a country he was in? He knew I was in the United States, I couldn’t speak to a supervisor and they had no customer service number you could call. It was all too suspicious. I had the bank turn in the charge as fraud. When the web sight said it was by Dropbox I felt like it was legit but a legit company do not work like that. Beware,

I used this site one day and they charged me for multiple days after that and then they charged me for a membership a week later I canceled. They charged me again after the first of the month for another membership fee. They have no phone number to contact them and they continue to say they will cancel the membership through emails and charge my card again and again.

I made an order on 11-28-23 for a Christmas tree and decorations oh my debit card for $55.85. The company name on my account is hello *******. I received a email on 12-17-23 from customer service with a shipping update for the order of *************************** that the order is on the way tracking number ** **********. I contact Amy from the company on 1-4-24 I stated I have not received my order. She stated on her end that it was shipped and received to check with the local post office and which I did and they stated they have not received it. I have contact Amy many times to get this resolve and l have not as of this date 2-5-24. I have been in contact with individuals that have ordered from this company also and have not received their merchandise and have receive the same message, saying that the merchandise has been shipped and received, and they have received nothing also at this time. We have determined that this company is a fraud and is taking people money and this company needs to be stopped

The FB post was for a Bath & Body Works sale. The logo on the post looked legitimate (the B&BW blue plaid emblem). The items pictured in the ad were familiar to me by name and original price. When the charge cleared my account, it was identified as “FGV7CS6U-49; JOSEPHHEGAN.COM; Englewood CO 01”.

This was a kickstarter campaign in 2023 for a night vision monocle. It took over one million dollars from crowd-funding and did not deliver the product. After many failed attempts to sort out the issue the company has gone radio silent and left its “customers” high and dry!

Intentionally deceptive and malicious ad to get you to click and enter your personal info, create an account + password and enter your credit card number for their website. I got to the site from a restaurant's QR code and so I was under the impression I was putting in the details required to place my food order as the ad urged us to click on it to Start and continue with what we are doing. Sign up was vague and had no mention of it being a subscription service to some fake media company. There is no option to cancel or delete your account from their site and their contact service options go unfulfilled or ignored.

Had to get my bank to intervene.

Scammers are the lowest of the low. I also can't believe this website is STILL live when the oldest testimonies I've read by Googling this website date back to 9 months ago. How have no authorities taken action by now to take it all down?! Please stop this scam.

Received and email from "Bath and Body" for candle sale. Purchased and received order #240120223517961. Did not receive confirmation email. Followed up with Bath and Body and was told their order #s begin with 00. I see a debit on my account of $51 by Rikim Inc. in Denver, CO.

Led $52.15 on Jan 9. F fro, PULUKER in Denver. It is Feb 3 and I have not gotten anything.

Looked up PULUKER and found site when i pushed website went putlocked or some such. Then i started a scam search. Found someone else had the exact problem.

Asked for $700 to fix credit and never did. Never submitted paper work or did any work at all. We asked for the $ back and she just laughed and closed the door on us. Want to warn people in the area not to trust this person and business.

Visa credit card was charged 2x. I canceled card, but visa says I will be liable for any future charges. I cancelled the account, but was told I would still be liable for future charges against a closed credit card it account.

Advertisement was on Facebook, improve your eye sight. Name of company was Sight care . Company would refund the amount of $177.00 for the three bottles I ordered. I received a email how to return bottles with address. Was asked to return items, I returned the three bottles asked for signature. Items were received January 11,2024. Received email from support that refund would be processed in 7 to 10 days. I have not received my refund yet.
