I ordered a dress for my daughter on September 20th. Received the incorrect dress on October 2nd. When I emailed the company for a return authorization because it was the incorrect dress. They told me I would have to pay to ship the incorrect dress back to China. They also told me that if the order got lost on the way to China then I would be out of luck. If I ship the dress to China I will be paying almost as much or more than the dress. I did not receive the merchandise I paid for so I would like my money back. I will happily ship the dress back to China with a prepaid label. I am not responsible to a business' mistake. This company is a fraud, they are shipping incorrect items and then offering a 30% refund. I would like my complete refund. Please see attached email correspondence.

With drawl from my checking account. Did a fraud alert. Got an email stating I signed up for payments for ??? At 2am and then the company made a fraudulent withdrawl.

I down loaded a game and it said i won some money. Their fee for said money was $7.99. I claimed for 2 of the winnigs and did not complete the 3rd claim. The money is showing in pending status although it was won 3 days ago. Now i am showing a $3000 win but won't claim it until the previous moneys are in my PayPal accout. The only reason I trusted this source was because they claimed to partner with PayPal and Cash App.

Placed order on 6/8/2024 and received email confirmation of the order but no shipment status. I followed up through their email address for status twice to no avail [email protected] I saw the same products marketed on Facebook through another company name. I fear this is a fraudulent organization placing adds on Facebook using various fake pages.

SCAM!! "SIMUnlocks" promised to unlock my phone right on the spot "from the privacy of my own home" for only $14.99 then after I was charged, they asked for $65 more in order to unlock it! There was no mention of this upfront at all in the email. It was supposed to be only $14.99 to unlock and now I'm out the money and my phone is still locked. THEIR EMAIL IS MISLEADING - NO MENTION OF ANY ADDITIONAL $65 CHARGE! Big SCAM! BEWARE!!!

Same as the previous reporter — an Instagram ad for Marine Layer where I received a strange confirmation email that was very nonspecific about my order or tracking details. Any follow up is met with an email that has a fake tracking number saying it’s stuck in customs and I’ll receive a special gift as compensation. The same seller showed up on my credit card bill as the previous report.

This company is portraying to be Jo-Ann’s fabric store. They are portraying to be a warehouse with sale prices which are dirt cheap. You can find them all over on Pinterest that’s where i found them at. I ordered a bunch of yarn on September 10,2024 which I have yet to receive. I’ve tried to contact them with no reply I’ve gone in to find my order which when you enter in your order number, it doesn’t exist. I’m not out of a lot of money but I want to get it out there to stop them. I’m sure they’re making lots of money and hopefully others have reported them too.

I ordered a denture reline kit . But they sent me some god awful looking fake teeth . The card in my order said I could get a refund if the product was faulty. So I contacted them told them they sent the wrong product and I wanted to return it . They said I would have to pay return shipping myself to their warehouse in Asia ( which would cost more than the product). They finally said they would give me a 15% refund , that would be like 54 cents . They had a ad on their website for a completely different product than what they sent me. No one should order from them you could get the same teeth right now in the Halloween section at Walmart.

Earlier in the summer i ordered a mini jeep and i waited a month or so later i diddnt get it yet according to the site things ship out after 2 weeks of purchasing i do have the statement in my bank history to prove i paid for the thing

Company reverted with ordernumber and tracking number. Tracking number was unreqognizable by all legit companies like USPS. This company is valled

transport-hub.com. It.seems.a lot of online oreder scammers are using this company. We ordered beginning of august and we have had e mail going back and forth, even seeing how ournpackage was leaving Italy and going through customs in the US. It is all fake. There is no package! It is all making us delay our efforts to get it or to search for it.

Saw an ad for closeout sale for Joann Stores. I am familiar with, and have shopped at/online there. The website looked legitimate so I purchased goods with my credit card. I missed some things, so I bought a second time with my card. I later saw a warning about this website. I called my credit card company as I saw the charges in my account. The help person that I spoke with asked me when the goods were to arrive. He said that I would have to call back after that date if I didn't receive the goods. I am 82 years old and I thought that I was aware enough not to be taken, but I see that I am not as smart as I believed I was.

The ad was on Facebook for a close out on a motorized electric wheel chair using a recorded ad from QVC as though it was being sold by them , I used a Master Card for payment of $51.21 and weeks later I received a tiny envelope form China containing a business card that said Merry Christmas and Happy New Year , that was all.

Fake ad on Facebook. Appeared to be moco boutique who’s legit. Clicked to buy jeans that were on a deep discount. Routes me to an exact website like moco using their exact employees and everything. Got an email with tracking from “findenne” tracking sent was a scam. Shipper said “other”. Reached out to moco boutique. They are aware and have been fighting to have it taken down and Facebook isn’t taking it down. I was scammed out of 36.00. Hopefully my bank will give me the money back. Been 3 weeks no jeans obviously. Tracking showing nothing now.

I found the boutique online and there was a cute dress for a good price. I have had good experiences ordering items off instagram in the past. I never received confirmation of my order and the “tracking” is fake and doesn’t even have an origin point. After checking out, I began the wait for my package. 12 days later with no word, I was charged $29.99, which was more than the dress I purchased in the first place. I was informed that it was a “subscription fee” that I supposedly signed up for. It was never disclosed to me that I was going to be paying for a subscription service. If it’s in the terms and conditions, I wouldn’t know, because when I clicked on them there was a 404 error. It’s extremely frustrating because not only do I not have the dress I ordered, I wasted an additional $30 paying for a subscription that was never disclosed to me.
