First red flag was having trouble placing the order.
Second red flag was that this site offered 2-day shipping which turned into weeks, then when it was supposedly delivered, it never arrived. I contacted the company and was told that it was delivered. I confirmed my address with them.
Third red flag was when reading that the tracking stated it was delivered in the mailbox. There was no way my 26 item order of XL shirts, pants, shorts, and a tote bag would have fit into our mailbox. The company put me on hold to check the delivery status from their end and "was told" that the package was delivered in person. Why did my delivery confirmation state that it was in the mailbox? I assured them that it was not delivered to my address, let alone handed to someone in person, so they offered to re-ship.
Fourth red flag - Already angry with myself for feeling like I'd fallen victim to a scam, I demanded a refund. They wasted much of my time with multiple emails trying to barter a minimal refund while re-shipping the products. I insisted on a full refund. After over a month of emails, they conceded, saying that it would take 15-25 working days to receive the refund. The refund should have been in my bank by 9/26/24. It is now 10/22/24 and there has been no refund.
Fifth red flag - all tracking information from the shipper has disappeared from their website
Sixth red flag - all order information has disappeared from the seller's website. I only have my emails showing what I ordered. I just can't confirm it on their website as it is non-existent.
Seventh red flag - I should have canceled the order when I saw the payment come through as PAGINSIVEMALLFASHION but the emails were from [email protected].
Seller then begin to really abuse me by saying I didn't know what I was doing. I have screenshots of the part that seller sold to me before he changed description his name was Payne.
