My coat was too small so they seemed eager to send another one for an additional charge of $15. I wasn't happy but i liked the coat so i paid it. I never got a tracking number. They just said they were shipping it. I've never received it and my emails have been unanswered. So I am out approximately $70 with no coat for my dog.
