We recently purchased the Pangea Audio AC-14SE (figure 8,1m) and as you can see they sent the AC-14 (block,0.6m) which is almost $30 cheaper and shorter. I’ve reached out to the required persons, even sent them THESE pictures and their response was to REPURCHASE the one I want and wait 30 days until they refund me my monies. I explained that I don’t have disposable income like that and the customer agent told me to basically suck it up because that all there was to it. It’s the bait & switch which is STEALING. I just want what i paid for and not have to wait 30 days AND PAY TWICE. Even if I was able to spend twice on this cable, how can I be assured they won’t send the WRONG CABLE AGAIN? I’m so upset and disappointed at amazon for their part in this entire DEBACLE.
