Facebook and Instagram and internet Logans-Toronto claims they are going out of business . They list famous brand names women's clothing with a sale price. I did buy a brand name jacket but received a jacket that did not even resemble the jacket ordered ,and had a Chinese label on it instead of the desired brand. They do advertise returns are possible. There is no phone number. they do not have a Toronto address . They do respond to emails but beware returns have to be returned to a Chinese factory at triple the original price( I checked). They send you an email encouraging you to save the environment by accepting other merchandise .

Business advertised themselves on Instagram and their website as a high quality clothing retailer based in Toronto, Ontario that was going out of business. Website advertises high quality products (patterned wool sweaters, etc) at premium prices. I paid $69 CAD for a knit wool sweater in a Christmas tree pattern. When it arrived with was a cheap sweater with a wool knit pattern screen printed on it and a tag that says "made in China". Moreover, the credit card charge is not listed from a Canadian company called Logan, but from a company called Joensuu.

I contacted the company to dispute the charge and they just kept sending me emails offering me discounts on another product from them and saying it was "better for the environment" if I took that and didn't ship the product back. They refused to address my quality issues.

I received a text from a friend saying she found out that a boutique clothing store in Toronto was going out of business and everything was on sale . I goggled the website ( Logan Toronto) and it showed a cute store front with “Logan Toronto “ on the front . The website made it seemed it was friends or sisters who owned the store but sadly had to go out of business . The website mentioned the clothes were all quality made and from sustainable sources . Discounts went up to 80% off . There was a timer on top of the web page counting down the daysuntil the sale was over ( that was over a month ago and it is still counting down ). I ordered 6 items and paid $410 CAD. Long story short the items arrived weeks later and were beyond terrible quality . The coat advertised as “wool” was at best a very cheap polyester . You would never know because none of the items that arrived had any tags on them . The quality is so bad I won’t even donate them . The sweaters are literally falling apart . I reached out the the email provided saying I want to return the items and they came back offering a 15% refund on the total . I said no I still want to return them and they came back offering a 30% refund on total . They wouldn’t give me the address of where to return them . I said no again and finally they sent me a return address of somewhere in China . I took the items to Canada Post and was told it would cost at least $400 to ship them back - they had me. So now I am stuck with terrible clothes that I would even feel bad about donating . Another add popped up on my feed with the same clothes and tag line but calling it “Maple Montreal “. TOTAL SCAM . I lost out on $410 dollars and most of them were to be Christmas gifts that I could never give . ****** **** *** **** ******** ****
