On 21/11/2022 I posted a health question and a "robot" person answered stating that I would be transferred to a secure page to join JustAnswer for ONLY $2 (fully-refundable). While filling out the form, the doctor will will be told about my situation and then connect to me. I was taken to a website that outlined $2 would be charged and then it was $75/month. It DID NOT specify that the $75.00 was going to be charged immediately and since the original post stated $2 and fully refundable, I proceeded. Now, they refuse to perform a refund. This company is ***** and performing a scam as far as I am concerned. I am attaching a screenshot where their "robot"/person states specifically $2 and Fully Refundable. No mention of a membership or that it is going to be $75.00. I am also attaching the screen that says "Small join fee". I consider $2 small, but not $75.00 I've made multiple attempts at a refund and now see that this company has other complaints against them. Unfortunately, it seems they want to continue poor practices and scam people out of their money. They need to re-evaluate their website and clearly show what the cost is from the get go. I hope they can do what is right and return the money they stole
