I bought 2 tshirt from an online store called “increasethepeace” costing 60 Canadian Dollars, they never sent me the Tshirts. I have contacted them over 20 times on instagram, where they are constantly active. I made my order March 14 2024. Asked about my order on May 10th 2024 and got a response saying “they are working through a delay caused my ‘cold’ they have had. I then messaged July 21st and they replied asking for my order number which I gave them straight away. Then they never replied so I messaged them 9th September 2024 and they said they are “very busy” and “in the middle of a few rounds be out soon”. This is the last time I heard back from them. Since that date I have sent them 12 Instagram messages and a professional email but have not heard anything back. I have demanded my money back as it is clear they are not sending me the products.
