I saw several ads on Facebook from supposedly JoAnn Fabrics that I knew had announced that they were going out of business and closing their stores. I made the mistake of ordering something from them using my credit card. It said it was a trusted source and I had ordered from JoAnn's many times before and never had a problem. I found out the next AM when I went to the JoAnn's nearby that this was a SCAM. I came home immediately and went online trying to cancel my order. After calling my credit card company and cancelling my card and talking to them I thought it was taken care of. When my bill arrived it was still on there. Because I could not get in touch with the "So-called" company because they cannot be reached I am stuck. SOMETHING SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE DONE. The business is listed on my bill as located in London, England.
