Showed a picture of a store front with name "Elegance Toronto". A personal message from the owners, two sisters who state they are unfortunately closing their store to retire and spend more time with grandchildren. The item I purchased was described as luxury lounging item. The colour I chose was blue, which in the picture looked like a periwinkle blue and I like it. I received a dark blue and the fit was not what was described in their size chart. In addition to this the material was polyester! Polyester is not a luxury fabric. They also stated no hassle refunds in 30 days. I believed the item would be returned to Toronto, Ont. When I asked for a refund they stated I would need to return the item to China! The cost of shipping it to China is more than the cost of the item. Once they received the item there is no guarantee that I would be reimbursed. I would not be reimbursed as this is just a scam. These scam artists are allowed to advertise on Facebook and charge my credit card without any hassle. I did not give this scammer my cr. card # and yet the transaction went through. I would like to know how this can happen!!

This report is due to my sense that this could be a scam. The online store is closing and selling upscale clothing at very low sale prices. I have order 3 items to be delivered but waiting an extra long time for the promised delivery. I have also noticed a similar store in Montreal also going out of business, with upscale clothing reduced to very low prices. They have some of the same stock as the Toronto store. I was hoping to find information on the ScamPulse.com site that would confirm or deny a scam so I could cancel this order and save my money. ********* * ***** *** **** *** ***** **** ********* ** ** ** ***********
