I purchased a highly quality coat from this company which advertised they were a Toronto company. I received a low quality knock off which is unwearable due to it falling apart. To return the product will cost 200$ Canada Post since the return is to Asia.

They offered me 15%….return of my funds. I refused! This company needs to be stopped and these advertisements for these scam companies needs to be removed.

I am fighting with this company for a full refund.

I ordered a Christmas gift of two hoodies. Repeated attempts to contact customer service has given me run around for 30 days. Product should have shipped from Toronto. They say China now. No valid tracker of courier. Product has not been shipped or in transit with proof. Same explanation from customer service. Won’t provide a phone number. Raised a credit card dispute - company showing in austria
