I wanted my company, California Naturescaping to get more exposure. I received and email from the alleged company offered a business listing in a directory at $70 per year and promised to promote my business on social media and internet search engines. I went on their site and paid the money and signed up but then kept getting emails saying my business needed to confirm my email. Then I received emails from them saying I had a "free" listing that was not activated, and that I needed to pay more money to get it activated and to be promoted on local search engines. I tried to contact the business on their website contact form to ask for my money back, and when I pushed the button to send the request form, nothing happened. I tried this on both my phone and desktop several times and no response, nothing saying my request was sent or did I get a confirming email, even though I gave them my email in the form.
