To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding my experience with QuestLogic and its affiliated financing partner, Mia Share.

I was introduced to QuestLogic after viewing a YouTube interview by Salary Transparency, where an individual claimed she completed QuestLogic’s program, became a Scrum Master, and subsequently secured a position earning $100,000 annually. Motivated by this testimony, I contacted the company around the time I was six months pregnant to learn more.

During my call with sales representative Alex Ngounou, I disclosed my pregnancy and concerns about scheduling and affordability. Alex assured me that if the program did not suit my needs or schedule, he had the authority to release students from their contracts. He further claimed that:

The program cost was $5,000.

Financing through Mia Share would be interest-free.

Most students secured employment within 3 months of completing the program.

Relying on these assurances, I signed both a course agreement with QuestLogic and a financing agreement with Mia Share.

To my surprise, on the first day of class, I discovered that the woman featured in the Salary Transparency interview—whose success story influenced my decision—was actually Alex Ngounou’s spouse, raising serious concerns about misrepresentation and lack of transparency.

Shortly afterward, the program's structure collapsed:

There have been no active classes for several months.

The company website is no longer functioning.

My attempts to request a refund from Alex Ngounou have been denied.

The company’s current LinkedIn page can be found here: Quest Logic Solutions LinkedIn.

Given the lack of services rendered and the misleading recruitment practices, I am requesting:

Immediate cancellation of my financing agreement with Mia Share, and

A full refund of any payments made toward the course.

I would appreciate your timely response to this matter and am prepared to escalate my complaint to consumer protection agencies, financial regulators, or seek legal counsel if necessary.

Sincerely,
