I downloaded this app on the app store called “Fortune Slot: Win Real Cash” made by Prinsloo Global Group Inc. When I opened and started the game everything was good. They gave me $8 free cash to start as a new user. I made some money from that, and they gave me a free spin for “risk free,” which was a total lie. I was told I would have $33 available on the game, if I deposited $15. I was desperate, as I needed to transfer my money to my new bank account but only had $18 and it had to be a transfer of $25 or greater into my new bank account. I also figured that since they’re saying I would have $33 on the game if I deposited the $15, that I would be able to withdraw that $33 immediately. That was not the case. I deposited $15, and tried to withdraw the $33 from the game, but when I tried it said I need $40 to withdraw. Okay, so I kept playing. My balance on the game was $42, I should’ve been good right? In tiny font, it says $40 “withdrawable cash” and that the “withdrawable cash” is only the amount you’ve won from games/deposited. They wouldn’t let me withdraw because I had $30 of “withdrawable cash” and $12 the “bonus cash” which is the money THEY OFFER YOU FOR DEPOSITING!! it makes absolutely no sense, and this game is false advertising that users can win real money, but they can’t withdraw that money until it’s $40 of money from won games. Not to mention, being able to keep winning was extremely difficult. They absolutely DONT pair players with users of their skill level. I was getting my highest scores, but was losing, and then when i’d get mediocre scores, i’d win. they pair you with people who do worse than you to allow you to win, but will consistently pair you with people who do better than you so you can lose. it’s extremely easy to see when you play. of you’re a player who’s just starting and don’t want to deposit much, there’s 0 way to reach the $40 withdrawable amount because it’s RIGGED and a complete scam. they asked me to deposit another $25 in order for my balance to be $90. would they raise the withdraw limit to $100 for that, i don’t know but these developers seem like the most greedy, scammer “game” creators i’ve ever seen. i can’t even cqll it a game because it’s not fun after the first 10 minutes where you’re on a winning streak. i understand that gambling is a risk, but that game is NOT gambling because it’s not random, it’s fixed & rigged, and it needs to be investigated. i kept playing the game and my balance went from $40 to $30, i played more and they wouldn’t let me win past $30. after that, i completely lost everything because i would win and then lose, win again then lose again and keep thinking i would have that chance to win. i now have $1 on that game…ONE!! i’m furious to be honest. how fan they advertise something as “win real cash” when they put high limitations on the amount you’re able to win & make it impossible to win. it’s completely unfair and the most traumatic game i’ve played. because i was so excited to win, and them to see that i couldn’t withdraw but kept trying and knew it was unfair when i played, but still thought i had a chance to win because i was trying so hard. they even have vip levels in the game that are solely based on the amount you deposit and the games you win. higher tier levels mean better rewards and the withdrawal limit goes down when your “vip level” goes up. it’s a system designed to make the game impossible for the beginners and people who don’t want to deposit their entire bank accounts/ want to be smart with their deposits. it’s supposed to be a game where you win real cash, but i lost all my cash, even all the money i deposited. i’ve played other make money games in the past and none of them were this unfair. many of them are rigged but this one is insanely bad. o cannot believe the experience i just had, where i took 2 hours of my time trying so hard to make my money back and lost it all because this games slots are fixed; they’re not random. please investigate Prinsloo Global Group. I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience, even other app users had to leave their reviews on their negative experiences listed under 5 or 4 stars, because the app doesn’t allow low ratings to be posted if they’re 1 or 2 stars. The company’s responses to users on the app store expressing their experience as negative, exactly like mine, we’re extremely scam like and cold. they didn’t care about the people’s money they lost, they literally replied to someone’s bad review and the company literally said that they “identified irregular activities indicating potential money laundering,” literally accusing this app user who’s just expressing that they’re upset with the service from the game. This game developer company also has tons of other games with similar names like, “Cash Arena: Lucky Big Wins,” “8 Ball Cash: Win Real Cash,” and more. The company even has people on reddit saying this game and company is a scam and upset users told their negative experiences with this company, extremely similar to mine, ALL over on the app store reviews. people are very upset about this game. they only make the game fair to the users who deposit the most money. it’s a shame and they need to he stopped.
