Type of a scam Online Purchase
Paid for their service after being connected to a Ryan Campbell. We talked via phone about my project ((708) 996-1176). I was then on a conference call with a Kevin, some type of senior manager who claimed to seenpromise with my novel based on the 1st chapter. Eventually paid the $1400 and explained this was an original work and I'd already completed cover art for the book which was agreed that it would be turned into a two book series due to the large number of pages (over 756). At first editing and formatting my work seemed to run smoothly but began to drag after awhile. Although I paid for the premium package more money was being asked of me for other services they provided. I made it quite clear that I want to get these books completed and marketed before anything else was done. Now communication begins to slow up I can't get in contact with Ryan. I even called once and a guy claimed to be "Micah" but sounded like Ryan. I'm not getting a good feeling about things and suddenly Ryan hands me off to a Sienna Yazbek because he had personal issues to deal with. I initially update her on our progress with the editing and formatting but, after some updates on my book around chapter 13's first half when I attempt to forward emails to Ryan and Sienna i get an error message thst this email and individual does not exist. Mow I'm getting the run around and no one answers my emails. I paid $1400 for a book that still has not been produced. This vanity print company will not do anything more to finish my book until they drain you dry of funds.
