I purchased flights from this website, they advertised United flight, I purchased them and received a call and email saying the reservation was not completed. When I got in touch with them they told me these flight were not available, so I asked for it to be cancelled since it was within 30-45 minutes of the purchase. They instead purchased flights with my card info for another airline, and the flight was one way not even round trip. The airline charged my card, but told me they could not return my money because it had to be returned by the agency I purchased from, even if they were the ones charging my account.
