I ordered a storage shelf system. The wensitesaid it was from Costco. I ordered them. Got a tracking notice from China. It took over a month, then said it was delivered. I emailed them and was told by Mike, that it was delivered to the address that i inputted. I assured him i did not. He emailed me back sayings it was delivered, maybe it was stolen. I informed him i have a Ring camera and nothing was delivered. He again saod it was delivered. When i said that i was going to report them as fraud and reverse my payment, he said they would do a 30%refund. It raised to 40% and today to 50%, which he said was thebest that they could do. I did not recieve my product and they have offered no proof that it was delivered to my address. I am not paying 50% for a product that is obviously a scam.
