I ordered a pair of tennis shoes the beginning of December 2021. I got them for a trip to Arizona. By the description on the website I would have them in plenty of time. As the date drew nearer for my trip I checked the progress and realized they were coming from China. None of that was explained when I placed the order. I looked for contact information and the only way to communicate was by email. I corresponded when I would get my package and why it was not made clear where these shoes were coming from . Well Susan Brown tells me it's going to be weeks and weeks before I get my order. After learning that I immediately requested a cancelation and a refund since it had already at this time been almost 2 weeks and the shoes had not even shipped yet. She preceeded to tell me she couldn't do that and I had to be patient. Long story short, I still have not received my item, I requested multiple times for a refund on grounds per their website that a full refund would be expedited if I hadn't received them in 15 days. Susan Brown did nothing but find excuses, make up more reasons why I should wait, why she couldn't honor my request, and on and on and on. It has been a complete nightmare. They have NOT shown any reason why they should be able to continue business. They refunded me a measly $8 and the shoes have now been in the USA for almost 2 weeks and I still have no shoes. To say that I am livid does not even come close to what I'm feeling. There's no physical address, no phone number to call. Which I understand now. If I knew any kind of way to have these people or this "company" shut down I'd do it in heartbeat!
