Received a letter in the postal mail with my full name and address. I just purchased a car and the letter had personal information about that. The letter states to call them and provide the VIN to the car and mileage. There is no identifying information on the letter, i.e. email address, website, or company name. When I called them they were difficult in providing a company name. After asking 3 times he said "omega". I said I would look into and call back if necessary. He said I wouldn't be able to call back. I hung up.
