Sent a mailed Final Notice regarding home warranty for Reverse Mortgage Maintenance Requirements. Had my home address and seemed to know all about my home. Wanted Immediate ;down payment to get new home warranty insurance. Knew my home lender. Very pressured by sales person and threatening to "red flag" my home if I didn't pay today. Said if I didn't give down payment today she would be forced to cut off my home warranty and I would have to deal with having no warranty on my home. Did not want me to check my papers before arranging my down payment. Said I could not call her back. This was supposedly my "final warning." I hung up and called my lender and they told me it was a scan and to absolutely not give them any money nor even call them back. (I had to ask who they were because it was not printed on their "final notice."

Home Warranty letter to Deceased Mom who didn't have home warranty! I called 1-888-410-8570 and asked to Stop mailing as mom was deceased! Next week Home Warranty was sent to my name! Called and asked to be removed and stop harassment! Jason took me out of mailing list, less then a week later, yep Home Warranty Mail! Called 1-888-410-8570 and stated mail will be forwarded to NY Attorney General!

Phone 323-366-1741 (California) - Scam sent to new home owners about their home warranties on appliances with fake contract sent by [email protected] only after a month of the scam. They call you from different numbers, promise to give you whatever you think should be included on the contract and try to make it quick so you won't be able to Google it and find out it is a scam.
