Ordered 4 different beading kits on July 20, 2026. Received 4 of same kit (not any of the ones I ordered) on August 18, 2026. Immediately contacted company reporting wrong kits arrived. Since then there have been over 14 emails sent back and forth with me asking for a return shipping label and the replacement correct kits sent or a refund of my money. Company is standing firm that i did order 4 of the same kits. This is NOT true. On Sept 14th I received an email saying I could pay for return shipping to China and they would refund my money. Cost would be well over $35 the cheapest way I could find. I responded asking why can't I ship to the warehouse in California. No response.
