The product I ordered is advertised as polished nickel and unlacquered brass. I ordered one of each. Both items showed up in silver and gold paint finishes, not the finishes advertised. They also had scratches, dents and cracks on the products. I contacted the company and they offered to refund $3.26, or to return the product and pay $20 shipping.
