Watch out for the BILMD LCC Scammers!

I just got cold-called from Charles Bowman, and he was able to confirm my email (which isn't hard to find today with the internet) and sent me an "offer" to buy my timeshare. I played along since I was interested, but something didn't seem right from the start. I got an offer via email (attached), and it was for over $72k, which is (5) times what I paid for the timeshare. I then knew that it was a scam. I called Charles just to mess around with him and see what he had to say, but he just talked himself in circles and wasn't sure what to say, so he just passed me off to Alfred Croce, who was able to sound a little more convincing than Charles but nonetheless talked himself into a corner, where I called him out on their scam. As mentioned above, watch out for these guys. They know all the right things to say, but get frustrated when you start asking the right questions.

Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

I wired $4800 thru Key Bank to [email protected]. Key Bank said the transaction was blocked in Mexico as suspected fraud. I own a vacation property in Mexico and Bilmd LLC agreed to broker a deal so I could rent it out by the week. They also use an email of [email protected]. The two men I spoke to in NY had accents.

Just had the same experience all to do with my time shares in Mexico I did trusted them until nearly the end

They look so real until they don’t need you anymore
