I ordered 2 items directly from this website, officialoliviarodrigo.com, on 11/20/23. They immediately took $89.90 out of my bank account (a total of $90 lost) and still when i check the order status it says "awaiting shipment". I've had several correspondence emails with the company, emailing [email protected], asking where the items are, only to be met with "do you mind waiting a few more days?"

I ordered these items for my daughter for Christmas, which was almost a week ago, and the items were never delivered. I finally emailed them again and asked them to immediately refund my money and cancel my order.
