This camera promised to provide a download to a Windows pro 2010 software. I paid the money but when the email came in for the download it required you to burn the download onto a CD which my computer did not have but it did not allow me to put it onto my c drive for any way to download. The website says they have 24-hour service but the telephone number when you called goes to hang up and the email response well there's no 24-hour help.
