Purchased an item via an internet ad that was directed to a website. Received an email confirmation of the order and a shipping confirmation. Item arrived months later, and was no where near what was described, and was missing half the order (it was supposed to be two items).

I emailed the seller, reporting that only half the order was delivered. They responded, saying the order was being processed, and offered as an alternative to refund the item. I asked for a refund. The email was ignored. I followed up twice and was ignored each time.

Shortly thereafter, realized that my credit card was being charged the same amount each month (5 months to date).

TikTok ad for company to recieve sample item with payment of shipping using only card information. Not a legit website once the order is placed for fast shipping.
