I placed an order on their website on June 6th and did not receive anything for about a month so I reached out to them by email and got no response. So I then canceled the charge and that's when they reached out to me to say there were some delays with the material that I can repurchase the jacket and they would send it out within the next few days. The last I heard from them was on July 9th and still have not received anything.
