Nuvenci refused refund and directed return to scam address

I ordered a product. It was not advertised as a lateral brace or medial brace. I wanted to return it and Nuvenci instructed me to send it to an address in China. When I looked up the address, it was a SCAMMER. And all the posts on that address said they didn't get their money back. I contacted my credit card company to reverse that charge. Nuvenci told me they will refund me 50% if I kept the brace. They never did and they claim that my credit card company had the case open so they couldn't in fact refund me. My credit card company said the case was closed so Nuvenci should be able to do it and Nuvenci argued that they couldn't. The emails have gone back and forth and they claim my bank closed the claim in their favor. My bank did refund me, but it was not in Nuvenci's favor. I want Nuvemci to be held accountable and take the proper action. I don't want to see others suffer like I did.
