This company advertises Tarte cosmetics on Facebook and when you order from them it is not Tarte products. I successfully canceled the order. Now they're charging me a membership fee for nothing. Say I signed up for a membership. Which I did not. And wouldn't have. I don't want their fake products. They mislead people with a well known brand that they're not selling. They say this membership is non refundable and offer a 25% refund.

They are theives.
