I made an order through Nurney's.com (home goods). When the order never arrived, I looked up my email confirmation and tried to view my order only to find that their website had disappeared.

I then looked for the transaction on my bank statement. I couldn't find it at first, but then I saw a transaction I didn't recognize from https://activelifesportshub.com/, in the amount of $349.88, which matches the subtotal of the order placed with Nurney's (and I see on this email order confirmation that they also list their name as Murney's). I reported the fraud to my bank.

Order 2 ceiling fans online. Received confirmation email from Murneys.com. 2 weeks later, no update on order and link for order no longer exists.

I purchased an online product, "Youth Full Face Dirt Bike Helmet with Goggles and Gloves," from nurneys.com. My order number is ******. To date, I have not received the item. Upon logging into their website to check the fulfillment tracking, the order status is continuously marked as "Not Shipped Yet." I have attempted to contact the business over the phone several times to inquire about the delay, but they have never responded or answered their phone line. Because the business has failed to fulfill the order or communicate regarding the delay, I am filing this complaint to seek assistance.
