Product ordered and received. Attempted to return product within first week of use for their "full money back guarantee". Everything documented as communication was through e-mails. Over a period of months of negotiations an agreement was reached and they agreed to the terms. Still no refund monies received to date. Negotiations have been going on since May 18, 2026. Original communications with Jhonatan Marston contact: [email protected]. Recently communication with Lara Morgan in Customer Support with the same results...nada.
