I ordered from the Papiyou.com website (that is now called Drunkele.com and has another Company "KENTING RIDGE LTD" as contact information). I waited 2 weeks without hearing anything from my order, then send an email to the customer service (unresponsive) plus contacted them on Facebook. A week later i started a complaint through Paypal, they finally answerd and i recieved today items of ridiculously low quality that do not even correspond to my order... I am curently trying to get a refund...
Do not order from these websites :/

I thought I was Purchasing 6 chair covers on February 26,2021,and never received them even as of today March 17 2021. I tried to get in contact with @Makelifeasy. Com but was unsuccessful a numerous number of times. At 8:56 on February 26,2021 $59.70 was taken out of my account. I'd like to know how to get refunded. Thank You!

I ordered chair covers on the 12th Feb at 11.02pm. Nowhere on the website prior to ordering did it mention USD, until after my payment was processed. So I immediately cancelled the order on the 12th Feb at 11.06 as it was too expensive in USD. My credit card was charged on the 16th Feb and the product was dispatched on the 18th Feb…6 days after I cancelled the order. The fact that your company proceeded to send the product is not my fault. I expect a full refund.
I have now been told that they were short staffed due to New Year so they didn't read my email, but they were still had enough staff to be able to process the sale, pack,send and charge.
I am more than happy to return the unopened goods at your expense.

I ordered two coats on the website www.papiyou.com. Order P1058, tracking number 5P34C00965614, for 61,24€. On the tracking site the order results "Not Found" and we never received it. I'm from Italy. I sent an email but i got no answer. DO NOT order from that damn site.

I already messaged you with respect to the order arriving late and partial refund, i had paid for for 5day shipping and it arrived after a month , therefore I was due the entire sum of the product plus the aforementioned shipping fee. If you address, i will send it to you but you have to pay for the return shipping fees etc.
